Environmental Management, M.Sc.
Sustainability means ensuring a long-term positive relationship between society, the economy and the natural environment.
The Masters degree program in Environmental Management examines the relationship between nature and society using analytical methods appropriate to the often non-linear systems. A strategic design approach is used to integrate technical and non-technical innovations to find and implement sustainable solutions. The studies focus on the analysis of material flows, value chains and holistic life cycle assessments.
Graduates are qualified to actively address the complex challenges of the transformation process towards a decarbonized circular economy and to hold key positions in industry, public administration and non-governmental organizations. Graduates are eligible to enroll in a PhD program.
