Liaison Professors
Whenever you have a problem with a faculty member that you cannot resolve by yourself, every department has a liaison professor who can offer advice and mediation. Please refer to your department's page to find out who your liaison professor is.

Organization, time pressure, exam anxiety - studying presents many challenges. The Studentenwerk offers a variety of stress management programs, coaching, and exam preparation services to help you cope with your studies.
Psychological Counseling
The Studentenwerk offers Psychological Counseling tailored to student lifestyles and everyday student life. They will help you find a solution or a way to deal with your difficulties and reactivate your skills and strengths. Counseling is confidential, all expenses are covered by the Studentenwerk SH, and the information you provide will not be shared with your health insurance company.

Finance and BAföG
The Office of Student Financial Aid is your point of contact for BAföG issues. They will assist you with your application and process it for you.
Here you can also find information about the Student Union Fee, which is due every semester, and the Campus Card, which allows you to make cashless payments in the Mensa and receive the reduced student rate.
Equal Opportunity Office and Women's Helpline
The Equal Opportunity Office provides guidance on all matters related to gender equality. Here, you can also find information about services for students with children, especially regarding childcare facilities on campus.
In cases of sexual harassment, sexual assault, threats, stalking, domestic violence, or suspicion of date rape drugs, the Women's Helpline is available to help.
Counseling is confidential and free of charge.
Counseling for Students with Disabilities
In addition to the counseling services offered by the Studentenwerk (see Social Counseling), the Representative for Students with Disabilities and the Representative for Diversity and Inclusion offer counseling services at TH Lübeck.
Academic Advising
The Admissions Office is available to answer any questions you may have about your studies, application, and admissions. For subject-specific advice, please contact the heads of the individual programs. For general inquiries from prospective and current students, please contact our academic advisor, Christian Verfürth.
Career Development (CD)
Career Development (CD) of TH Lübeck offers free services for students of all departments and semesters at Technische Hochschule Lübeck as well as for its graduates up to two years after graduation.
TheInternational Office (IO)
The International Office (IO) at TH Lübeck is the interface between the university board, the departments and students when it comes to international affairs. The IO advises on stays abroad with internships and study opportunities as well as on teaching abroad, funding programs or scholarships in various funding situations.
Start-up Consulting
The GründerCube is the central point of contact for everything start-up related and is open to everyone on campus. Starting a business is a daunting task, and the GründerCube team provides advice, workshops and events that will help you through that process.
