Project overview
The skilled trades sector is particularly affected by demographic developments and innovation requirements and faces the challenge of retaining and recruiting qualified employees through work-process-oriented, innovation- and health-promoting skills management. Given the small business structure, these requirements can only be met through optimal regional networking and high-quality, coordinated offerings from intermediary organizations in prevention alliances.
e-RegioWerk? What does it mean?
"Regio"
Optimal regional networking of companies with prevention and continuing education providers, district craft associations and chambers of crafts to form prevention alliances - only together are we strong.
"Werk"
The skilled crafts sector faces a wide range of challenges. Their health can become a competitive advantage! That's why we develop customized prevention programs to keep you healthy.
And the "e"?
We take advantage of the opportunities offered by digitization and also offer online-supported courses ("e-learning"). So that you can do something for your healthy business, regardless of time and space.
Project goal
The aim of this interdisciplinary project is to develop and test a quality-assured concept for innovative prevention alliances for the skilled trades. The procedure envisages four steps:
- Development of quality criteria for prevention alliances, i.e. for the network work and for the prevention offers of the intermediary organizations in the regional networks.
- Evaluation and further development of the network work and existing prevention offers on the basis of the quality criteria into high-quality prevention alliances.
- New development and testing of a blended learning prevention concept integrated into the overall concept with analysis tool, coaching for company owners and life partners, team development for employees to strengthen the prevention alliances.
- Development of a metric to evaluate efficiency and effectiveness.
Target group
Do you have difficulties finding qualified junior staff? Is a high level of sick leave a constant companion for you? Do you yourself no longer know when you last really switched off from work?
Support your health and that of your employees. The offers are aimed at small craft businesses and their employees.
